1. Customer Support Executive (Remote)
   Requirements: Strong communication skills, knowledge of hosting and domain management preferred.
   Role: Handle customer queries, resolve technical issues, assist customers with onboarding, and provide ongoing support. You’ll work closely with our clients to ensure they have the best possible experience using our services. This role requires someone who is solution-oriented and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
2. Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)
   Requirements: SEO expertise, experience with Google Ads, content marketing, and data-driven campaign strategies.
   Role: Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost brand awareness. You will manage SEO, Google Ads, email campaigns, and content strategies to help grow HostingSnap’s customer base. A strong understanding of analytics and the ability to optimize digital campaigns for the best results are essential for this position.
3. Web Hosting System Administrator (Remote)
   Requirements: Proficiency in Linux, WHM/cPanel, server security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
   Role: Manage and maintain our hosting infrastructure, ensure maximum uptime, monitor system health, and address server-related issues. You’ll handle complex technical problems and provide solutions for server performance and security. A key responsibility will be ensuring our hosting systems are running smoothly, with high performance and reliability.
4. Content Writer – Tech Focus (Remote)
   Requirements: Fluent in English, strong writing skills, and an understanding of hosting and domain services.
   Role: Write informative blog posts, technical articles, and marketing materials related to web hosting, domain registration, and other services. You’ll create engaging content for our knowledge base, customer support documentation, and promotional campaigns. A passion for writing, along with an interest in the hosting industry, is required for this role.
