Domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees are non-refundable due to registry policies. Services canceled after the initial 15-day period will not be refunded. All cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

7. Uptime Guarantee and Service Reliability

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. However, there may be instances of downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for losses or damages due to service interruptions. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
